icantcode.today is a developer community SNS that only activates when the Claude Code API is experiencing an outage. When developers can't code because Claude Code is down, they come here to share updates, commiserate, and connect with others in the same situation.

Is Claude Code down right now?

icantcode.today monitors the Claude Code API status in real time (polling every 30 seconds). When the API is down, the community feed opens automatically. Visit the site to check current status.

Do I need an account to use icantcode.today?

No account or signup is required. The site assigns you an anonymous UUID session automatically. You can read the feed without any nickname. A nickname is only needed when you want to post or comment.

Why does icantcode.today look like a terminal?

The site uses a CLI (Command Line Interface) aesthetic with monospace fonts, box-drawing characters, and terminal prompts. The goal: non-developers seeing your screen think you're working. It's part of the developer humor behind the project.

Is this an official Anthropic or Claude service?
